We miss you Yay Yay

We were sad to see Yay Yay leave today. The girls kept asking for her all day long. Here are a few pictures from the last few days. We were too busy watching movies to post.
Bethany is covered in all her animals.

We started out the day making pancakes!

We celebrated the girls birthday early in case Yay Yay would not be able to make it out for their birthday.

It is getting harder and harder for me to bend over and stand back up so I strapped the girls chairs back in the big chairs. I didn't want the girls to climb into them all day so I put the trays on them. That did not keep Melody from getting in the chair. Here is the clip.

We took the girls to Olive Garden to celebrate their pre-birthdays. Here are the pretty dresses they wore. They were presents from Yay Yay.

When we got to Olive Garden, we had a bad experience with the hostess.  She took us to a booth and I asked her if there was any way we could get a table so we could have two high chairs for the girls. She acted like it was a big inconvenience and walked away from us. She just left us standing there to help the next customer. She even walked passed us standing in the middle of the isle to seat the other person. She then yelled over her shoulder for another hostess to just put us at table 32. I went ahead and asked to talk to a manager because it was blatantly rude of this lady. He was really nice and apologetic. He even noticed her taking us to a booth and asking why a booth and was told that we requested a booth. I told him we did not. I did tell him that we were celebrating the girls birthday so at the end of our meal they brought out not one but two whole cakes with two pink candles in each. I forgot to bring my camera but I did have my phone so the pictures are not the best. When they sang Happy Birthday, Melody stared them down with evil eyes.

Yay Yay loved reading to the girls. They asked her to read to them several times a day.

Here is a cute clip of the girls wrestling.
The girls show many signs that they are ready to potty train. One of them is when they change their stuffed animals diapers. Here is a clip:
Bethany figured out how to stick her fork to her cup.
Guess who put all of mommies hair ties around her ankle?
Daddy sent the girls some coloring pages in the mail. They loved coloring Minnie mouse and doggies.
