Happy Mothers Day

It was a long day. I am so glad I have these two little rug rats, but they were little grouches all day. It might have something to do with them getting up at 2am, 5am and then up for the day at 6am. Bethany is the one that woke us up each time. She has been waking up like she has been having nightmares ever since Joe left. I wonder if the two are related.  I can't believe how much energy they had going off of so little sleep. I know I was dragging.

Melody could not start the day off without all her animals and mommy's shoes on her feet.

While I got ready for church, I destracted them with a few of my necklaces. The girls thought they looked better on the ankle then the neck.

I tried to get them to pose for Mother's Day pictures.... no luck.

I was walking by the nursery at church. I peeked in the little window and Melody saw me. Drat.

After we got home, Bethany sat down on the driveway and started to pile dirt on her nice white dress.

It was a long day at church for our Miss. Melody.

Both girls have been poking things in their belly button lately.

The bishops family gave us some of their extra doll house toys that their girls don't need anymore. The girls were so excited going through all their new toys.

This is a cute clip with their toys.

Sometimes everything is better upside down.

Melody found a few of my shoes. Two to wear and one to hold. She walked around with that shoe for at least 10 minutes.

  1. I used to do the upside down thing as a little kid. 'Cept I would scoot around doing it. That might explain the receding hair line.
