The girls don't like the dark

This is coming a day late because of the storms that swept the nation. It didn't hit us too hard, but we did have a power outage and lost Internet until about noon today. The power went out just before I was putting the girls to bed. It scared them! Luckily the flash light was just two doors down and we were in the hallway. I couldn't carry them, and there was going to be no way they would sit in one place while I got the light. I had to walk with them holding onto me screaming the entire way. We ended up staying up a good half hour more since by the time they were clam daddy was getting to his hotel and was going to be able to talk over the web.

The look Bethany has on her face is the one she uses when she can't find something. They forgot that I had moved their chairs to the dining room and were trying to find them.

Whenever Melody finishes her food first, I let her out and she climbs on my chair. Usually I am still sitting in the chair and she is constantly nudging me in the back.
They really dig the ice cream shakes. I did buy the no sugar added ice cream so they are not overloaded with sugar mostly fat.

They love to help  me unload the dishes

Yummy foot.

Daily Melody raids my closet and grabs another pair of shoes. She usually just leaves them throughout the house, these she really enjoyed wearing. She walk through the house with them on.

Pressing buttons on the dryer. Note... I did not put the stool there.

The girls were having such fun with this new game. Melody would stick her head in the room, then run back out to the sun room and look in the window to Bethany who was in the living room.

I thought I flipped all these sideways pictures. Anyways. I can't leave anything on any surface any more. I left crackers on the table and they got into them and made a mess. I found crackers all over.

Melody has about 5 crackers in her hands.
Bethany ran to get a rag to help clean up the mess.

After I cleaned it up with a broom ,she took over.

I found the cord to the keyboard. Melody was under it the whole time I was getting it plugged in. She was my little helper.

Here is Melody throwing a temper because I would not let her climb on the chair to the keyboard.

I gave them the rest of their shake from earlier. I left the room to get one thing and heard "Oh No!"
Yes, they got the shake all up the wall and windows.
