exhausted

I am looking forward to this cold to go away. The girls seem to be doing a bit better, they are coughing less, but still have the green gunk.  We started the day off in the sun room. The girls really enjoy their play area. It stays pretty cool in there even during the hottest part of the day. The fan helps with that.

we then went outside. I watered the plants while they gave their teddy a bath in the water bucket.

We were getting ready to run some errands when they saw some birds on the trailer. They both sat down and enjoyed the scene.

After our errands, they were exhausted. They fell asleep in the car during a five minute drive home. I took them in the house and laid them down on the rug (I didn't want them to sleep too long since it was not nap time yet) They did not move for about 30 minutes. I ended up laying down on the couch for some much needed rest.

When the girls woke up, they wanted nothing to do with sitting in their chairs to eat. Since I am not feeling good and didn't want to hear their complaints, I let them out and we ate out of the carton our noodles and rice from the Thai restaurant. (today is my non diet day which was kinda wasted since I don't have that big of an appetite

They spent a good long time on Lilly today until both of them wanted to sit and neither wanted to push, it got ugly when that happened so Lilly went bye bye.

Look what Miss Melody is doing!! She is putting the Elmo CD that you got from base into the VHS player. I dread what they will try and put in there next. I will have to nip this habit in the bud.

Bethany has a thing with getting her animals to kiss. Here she is with a pig and a cow making them kiss.

They are finally in bed for the night. I think I will be calling it an early night as well. I have to first get the kitchen clean since there are noodles and rice all over the floor.
