5:30am?? really girls?

The girls did not sleep well last night. They woke up at 10:30, 11:30 and then at 5:30. I drug myself out of bed and fed and changed them. I could not function with so little sleep and since I am so sick, I put them back in bed at 6:30. Thankfully they fell asleep for another hour and a half.

We woke up just in time to get ready for my physical therepy appt. Melody did not make it easy when she kept taking off her shorts. Bethany tried to help her pull them back up.

At my appt, one of the ladies who didn't have a patient at the moment took the girls to the front lobby to play with some toys to give me a much needed break. I was able to relax while my foot was being iced.

I felt pretty aweful today. Nothing tasted good and I didn't feel like sitting in a patio chair in the kitchen so I sat on the couch to eat my lunch. I ran to the kitchen for just a second when Melody moved in on my lunch.

We played outside for just a few minutes. The girls got really cranky out there. Maybe because it was so humid. They did have some fun while they were out there though.

I could tell that their throats hurt from the drainage of being sick. I tried to give them a popsicle, but it was too cold for them.

We called Yay (Joe's mom) when Melody was very cranky. I knew talking on the phone would calm her down. It worked for a bit, until Bethany wanted a turn.

They didn't want to eat dinner. Again because of their sore throats. I gave them a milk shake after they ate very little dinner. They drank that right up!

 Bath time they were being silly. They were putting letters in their mouths and touching them together. (These were taken with my phone camera so the picture is not that great) and I forgot to rotate them before I put them in this post. Oh well....

While getting dressed in PJ's, Melody put both feet in one leg. She thought it was the funniest until she tried to get up.

Here they are waiting for daddy to finish his dinner so they could talk to him on the computer via the web cam.
